All estimates, summaries, takeoffs, RFI lists and Schedule of Values generated by Easy Bids are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. While the underlying analysis workflow strives for precision, these results do not constitute a guaranteed price, a binding contract, or a professional financial assessment. Actual costs, quantities, and timelines may vary significantly based on market fluctuations, site conditions, addenda, code interpretations, subcontractor pricing, and specific project requirements.
§2AI-Generated Content Notice
Important: This application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to read documents and produce estimates. AI can make mistakes. The technology may occasionally produce hallucinations, incorrect calculations, missed clauses, misread drawings, or outdated pricing information. Users are strictly advised to treat all AI-generated output as a preliminary draft rather than a final determination — and to verify every line item, citation, quantity and dollar figure against the source documents before bidding.
Easy Bids is not a licensed contractor, architect, engineer, attorney, or financial advisor. Use of this app does not create a professional-client relationship of any kind. We recommend that all estimates and analyses be reviewed and approved by a qualified human professional before being used for bidding, contracting, purchasing, permitting, or representations to a public body.
§4Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators, owners and developers of Easy Bids shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including, without limitation, financial loss, lost profits, project delays, labor overages, missed bid deadlines, bond forfeiture, or contractual penalties — arising from the use of, or reliance upon, the estimates, summaries, or any other output provided by this application. Our total cumulative liability is capped at the greater of $100 USD or the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. The user assumes all risk associated with the accuracy and application of the results.
§5No Affiliation with Government Agencies
This application is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency, procurement office, school district, public authority, or other public body. References to public procurement processes, RFPs, ITBs, RPQs, HVHZ rules, NOA requirements, prevailing wage rules, CSI MasterFormat, FBC, and similar are provided as context only and may become outdated.
§6User Data & Confidentiality
You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you upload do not violate confidentiality, NDA, copyright, or proprietary obligations. Uploaded files are processed to generate the requested analysis and are tied to your account. Do not upload sealed bids, classified records, or third-party documents you are not authorized to share. You acknowledge that AI providers (Anthropic), payment processors (Stripe), and authentication providers (Google, when used) may receive the data necessary to provide their portion of the service. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will require re-acceptance before continued use. The version of the terms in effect at the time you generated an analysis governs that analysis.
